Matt Russell is the bass player with garage punk band The Outbursts. Formed in 2007, they have played the London circuit regularly ever since, taking in a few support slots to Wilko Johnson on the way. On Wednesday 16th September they headline the Rock-Til-You-Drop punk special at the Dublin Castle in Camden.
The band members' individual histories are littered with crap bands, bum deals and missed opportunities - sound familiar?- so The Outbursts are determined to scrawl 'Fuck You' across the pages of their own history books, and punk rock 'til they drop!
